Happy Administrative Professionals Day!  The administrative professionals in our schools and district offices provide critically important support in our mission to be the highest-performing school district in Georgia.  

Join our CCSD Team as a bus driver and help our students learn more, grow more, and achieve more!  You can learn more by attending a 30-minute info session between 9 a.m. and noon on Thursday, April 23, at 1020 Keeter Road, Canton, GA 30114.  We offer paid CDL training to become a bus driver and competitive compensation (starting at $23.69 per hour), outstanding benefits, a balanced school calendar, a wonderful work environment and caring team and opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Our school district is on a mission to be the highest-performing school district in Georgia, and we're inviting the community to help develop a plan for our future!  The Elevate 2032 long-range strategic plan will be developed for School Board adoption using stakeholder feedback.  

The Cherokee County School District again earned an outstanding four-star rating from the state’s financial efficiency accountability system!  The Financial Efficiency Star Ratings report school districts’ return on taxpayer investment, by comparing spending per student to student academic performance as measured by the state’s College and Career Ready Performance Index.
